TIME TO ENROLL!
Welcome returning and new members, leaders and parents to the Sutter-Yuba Counties 4-H Program. We encourage each 4-H member to invite a freind to join 4-H. See the Community Clubs for listing of club meetings in your area.
Each club is unique and offers projects and activities of interest to its youth based upon the resources of their communty and parents.
Enrollment eligiblability:
1. All youth, ages 5 years old or kindergarden as of January 1 of the program year, are eligible to become 4-H participants. Levels of membership are an age based system with each level defined as followed:
- PRIMARY: Must be 5 years or or in kindergarden as of January 1, of the program year.
- JUNIOR, INTERMEDIATE AND SENIOR: Must be 9 years old or in 4th grade by January 1 of the program year.
- HOME SCHOOLED CHILDREN: The age criteria only will apply.
2. The year's costs to enroll will be as follows:

INS: $12.00 $6.00
FEES: $17.00
TOTAL: $29.00 $6.00
Online Enrollment Instructions:
ONLINE ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS 2009-2010
- If you are new to 4-H, create a "Family" account. Click "I need to setup a profile" and enter your information.
- If you are re-enrolling, click "I have a profile" and log on with the email address you used when enrolling last year. Click "I forgot my password," and the system will email you your password. If you did not have an email address last year or currently have a different one, ask your County 4-H Office for your user name and password to login to the system.
- In the Member List screen, you may add new youth and adults or update information for existing youth and adults. Enter/update information on the three screens to successfully enroll in 4-H.
***Please remember to submit the projects you will be enrolling in for the 2009/2010 Program Year.
