Mini Workshops ~ Livestock Bowl ~ Silent Auction
All 4-H members and their families are welcome to attend and participate. The Mini Workshops will help prepare you for the Yuba Sutter Fair as well as inform you about many of the projects that we have available in our two counties. There will be informative booths for all ages and interests.

MINI WORKSHOPS
1) Complete the ONLINE Spring Fair Entry Form by April 27th
Pre-registrants will receive handouts for 3 selected mini workshops and a Spring Fair hat charm at check in.
2) All entry fees will be taken at Spring Fair Registration/Check in on May 12th
$1 pre-registration (online-registration) per person/entry
$2 registration at door per person/entry (non pre-registrants)

LIVESTOCK BOWL
1) Teams MUST be entered ONLINE by April 27th (Deadline extended to May 4th)
2) $5 Fee per team MUST be paid at check-in on May 12th
3) Teams should consist of at least 3, but no more than 4 members
4) Teammates should be from the same club and in the same age division
5) Clubs may enter one team for each age division
6) Limit of 8 teams/division contest - FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE

DATES & DEADLINES
APRIL 27 - Online Entries are due. Pre-register online ONLY. (Everyone is encouraged to pre-register so that packets can be prepared and ready for you at registration/check-in.) Livestock Bowl entries due (Deadline extended to May 4th).
MAY 5 - 9:00 am - Spring Fair Set Up at the Yuba-Sutter Fairgrounds barn area. Your help is needed to set up the animal pens, clean up the barn area, and prepare for Spring Fair. All clubs should plan to take part in helping in this preparation that is crucial to success of the event. Bring brooms, scoops shovels, gloves, etc. If we do not have enough volunteers on this day, we will be setting up the day of Spring Fair, which makes the day of the event much longer for everyone.
MAY 11 - SILENT AUCTION Items due to 4-H Office or at the Livestock Office at the fairgrounds on Saturday, May 12th.

SILENT AUCTION
The County 4-H Council will hold a Silent Auction throughout the day. Each club is asked to donate one item. No yard sale items please. We are asking families to donate new or hand made articles. Please drop your donation off at the 4-H Office by Friday, May 11 at 12:00 pm or at the Livestock Office at the fairgrounds on Saturday, May 12th.
