2012-2013 Enrollment Changes ![]()
1) Online Enrollment ONLY Online enrollment is straightforward and easy. Whether or not you have enrolled online in the past, you are already in the online system. You will simply log in and update your information when you re-enroll.
2) FINAL Enrollment deadline NOVEMBER 30, 2012 (to exhibit at the 2013 Yuba Sutter Fair) Enrollment must be completed and confirmed by Community Leaders by NOV 30 for members to exhibit at the fair and for volunteers to begin working with youth. Clubs are to submit the majority of enrollment by NOVEMBER 1ST.
4-H Staff is willing to work closely with members and clubs to get everyone enrolled online.
2011-2012 Enrollment Fees: $45 Youth $10 Adults

Online Enrollment Instructions:
ONLINE ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS 2011-2012
- If you are new to 4-H, create a "Family" account. Click "I need to setup a profile" and enter your information.
- If you are re-enrolling, click "I have a profile" and log on with the email address you used when enrolling last year. Click "I forgot my password," and the system will email you your password. If you did not have an email address last year or currently have a different one, ask your County 4-H Office (Rene at 822-7515 or rjmccrory@ucdavis.edu) for your user name and password to login to the system. Please do NOT create a new account if you already had one last year.
- In the Member List screen, you may add new youth and adults or update information for existing youth and adults. Enter/update information on the three screens to successfully enroll in 4-H.
***Please remember to submit the projects you will be enrolling in for the 2011/2012 Program Year. Also check with your leaders to make sure those projects are available and have not exceeded their capacity.
